I am a senior IT project manager and technology consultant with nearly two decades of experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, networking, enterprise applications, ERP, SaaS and digital transformation initiatives.
My expertise lies at the intersection of technical delivery, commercial accountability and stakeholder leadership. I translate business objectives and agreed scopes into realistic project plans, coordinating architects, engineers, vendors and business teams through implementation, testing, cutover and operational handover.
Beyond individual projects, I bring extensive experience in portfolio management and PMO leadership. I’ve managed multiple concurrent consulting engagements, balancing shared technical resources, client commitments, schedules and budgets. I’ve also established practical PMO operating models, developed delivery standards and built portfolio reporting solutions that consolidate scope, schedule, resource and financial information into actionable management insights.
