Cloud Strategy Roadmap

Project Summary

Cloud strategy engagement with workshops and current-state evidence resulting in a prioritized Azure technology roadmap.  The team reviewed client architecture, documented findings and proposed solutions, prioritized top recommendations, created future-state and roadmap diagrams, evaluated technical complexity against business impact, and prepared a lift-and-shift Azure cost estimate using Movere/Power BI information. The engagement concluded with peer reviews, a written strategy document and executive presentation.

Executive advisory project designed to support investment sequencing, not an implementation project per se.  Project manager needed to manage all client input and document quality as critical dependencies rather than technical build activities, demonstrating strategy-to-execution translation, workshop facilitation, prioritization, estimates, executive communication, and client trust.
